Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using erpcloud.rest (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Merutech Limited ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

erpcloud.rest provides a REST API platform for Oracle ERP Cloud that enables users to:

  • Explore and test Oracle Fusion Cloud REST APIs
  • Build and execute multi-step workflows
  • Perform batch operations using CSV files
  • Manage and share Oracle connections within teams
  • Store and reuse workflow configurations

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Not share your account with others
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

We offer three subscription plans: Entry, Pro, and Ultimate. Each plan includes:

  • A 30-day free trial period
  • Monthly billing per user
  • Specific API call limits and parallel execution capabilities
  • Execution history retention based on plan tier

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service to attack or harm Oracle systems
  • Exceed your plan's API rate limits through abuse
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Oracle Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining valid Oracle ERP Cloud credentials and ensuring you have proper authorization to access Oracle systems through our Service. We encrypt all credentials using AES-256-GCM but are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials on your end.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
  • Suspend service for emergency maintenance
  • Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
  • Suspend accounts that violate these terms

Ultimate plan subscribers receive SLA guarantees as specified in their subscription agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Merutech Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your workflows, data, and configurations. By using the Service, you grant us permission to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

9. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. We maintain isolated databases per organization and encrypt sensitive credentials.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for data loss (maintain your own backups)
  • We are not liable for issues arising from Oracle system changes or downtime

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Merutech Limited from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • We may terminate with 30 days notice if discontinuing the Service

Upon termination, your access will be revoked and data will be deleted according to our retention policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or service notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Merutech Limited is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
